🌿Acceptance

Acceptance isn’t a finish line. It isn’t the moment you feel “okay” or the day the grief disappears. Acceptance is quieter than that. A slow, steady softening. Not because it hurts less, but because your heart has grown strong enough to hold both the love and the ache at the same time.

Acceptance is not approval. It’s simply the gentle recognition that this is part of your story now, and you can keep moving, one honest breath at a time.
